All vendors must complete the appropriate forms, submit payment, and provide the appropriate supplementary documents by March 31st, 2024.
A select number of openings have been set aside exclusively for Sponsored Market Vendors & Exhibitors. These dedicated spaces are intended to assist new businesses and organizations with limited financial resources in establishing themselves in the market or overcoming cost-related barriers to entry. For further information, please refer to the Application Form for complete details.
Application Process
1. Complete the appropriate Google Form or Vendor Application Form – hardcopies may be emailed to marose@filipinobc.com or sent by mail to the address below.

2. Upon submission our Vendor Coordinator will connect with you regarding next steps.
3. Upon confirmation of your registration a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your spot.
If you wish to pay in full you can do so through our website.
Deposits can be made by:
- E-transfer to: finance@filipinobc.com or
- Cheque to: Filipino Canadian Community & Cultural Society of British Columbia (DBA Filipino BC)
4. Submission of final payment, appropriate Vendor Package, and applicable supplementary documents must be received no later than March 31st, 2024.
5. On April 15th, 2024 - Vendors & Exhibitors will be provided their site map for the day.
6. Vendors must provide an eco-deposit day of by cheque of $300. These will be collected by Zone Captains and will be shredded following successful inspection after the event.
Food & Beverage Vendors Only:
Food & Beverage Vendors must complete the ‘Temporary food service application (operating 14 days or less)’ found at the Vancouver Coastal Health website (click here)
